Lift 10,000 lbs using the following rep scheme
1 Back Squat
1 Shoulder press (from the rack)
Bars may be configured in any manor desired. As an example, if you were to squat 365, press 180 and deadlift 455 it would take you 10 rounds to reach 10,000 lbs. Lighter loads require more rounds but allow you to cycle through the lifts quicker. Once the weight is set, you cannot change your approach once the work has started.
