Back Squat ~ 1×12 @ 50% 1×10 @ 60% 1×8+ @ 70

*On the last set of 8 perform a ME attempt.  Continue until your form breaks.  DO NOT perform poor form squats in an attempt to increase your ME :90 rest

Wide Stance Squat ~ 3×8 @ No more than 70% :60 rest

20 Overhead Squats 95/65#

30 Wall Balls 20/14#

100 Double Unders

10 Overhead Squats 95/65#

20 Wall Balls 20/14#
