Rest Day!

Your first week (and probably hardest week) of the Paleo Challenge is done!  We hope that you all were able to push hard and make it through the toughest part of the challenge.  Sticking with your new eating habits may, at times, be difficult.  Just remember that it’s only 30 days.  Keep it simple and keep it diverse.

If you have any trials or tribulations you would like to share, please feel free to do so!  Someone else may be going through the same thing and might need some encouragement!
