Every :90 for 6:00 ~

Perform 1 strict press + 2 push press + 3 push jerks (any style) @ 80% of your strict press

When the clock hits 7:30 perform as many push presses for 2:00 as possible

Then ~ 15:00 AMRAP

3 Wall Walks

6 Strict Pull Ups

9 Strict Toes To Bar

*Make this as challenging as possible.  Try going all the way to the wall or perform handstand holds if you normally don’t.  If you use 2 bands for your pull ups, try going down a band or use a smaller band.  If you normally do knees above the waist, try knees to elbow.
