B. 12 Minute Up Ladder-

2 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)

2 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)

4 Shoulder to Overhead

4 Burpee Box Jumps

6 Shoulder to Overhead

6 Burpee Box Jumps… Continue to add 2 Reps each round until 12 minutes is up.
