A. Skill Work- Rope Climbs (5 minutes) *5 minutes of coach’s led foot wraps/ efficient technique

Then… On an 18 Minute Clock…

Bench Press- 5×6, heavy as possible

1 Rope Climb after each set, legless if possible

B. 3 Rounds For Time-

20 Pistol Squats

10 1-Arm Snatches (Left) (53/35)

20 Overhead Walking Lunges (45/35)

10 1-Arm Snatches (Right) (53/35)
