A. Skill Work- Explosiveness  (On a 25 Minute Clock…)

4 Rounds-

10 Back Squats @60-65% of 1RM Back Squat + 8 Jumping Squats (Empty Barbell)

*Perform a working set of 10 squats, then pick up your empty barbell and perform 8 jumping squats focusing on height. Rest after each full set.

B. 3 Rounds For Time-  (15 Minute Cap)
