Sets 1-5= 8 Back Squats

Sets 5-10= 4 Back Squats

(Min 0,2,4,6,8 = 8 BS)

(Min 10,12,14,16,18= 4 BS)

B. 4 Rounds For Max Reps-

1 Minute- Bike (Calories) or Row

1 Minute- Hand Release Pushups

1 Minute- Bar Muscle-ups or Pull-ups

1 Minute- Ball Slams (40/30)
