B. 14 Minute Up Ladder…

1 Power Clean (135/95)

2 Knees to Elbows

2 Power Cleans

4 Knees to Elbows

3 Power Cleans

6 Knees to Elbows…

Continue to add 1 Power Clean and 2 Knees to Elbows each round until 14 minutes is up
