Each round builds upon the last.  For instance, in round one you will complete 1 PGTO.  In round two you will complete 2 wall balls & 1 PGTO.  In round 3 you will complete 3 pull ups, 2 wall balls & 1 PGTO.  Continue this sequence until you reach the 12th round and work all the way down to your last PGTO
