Strength (20)

back squats

2×5@65%

2×4@75%

3×3@80%

3×1@85%

– 3sec pause in bottom of squat

 

Metcon (15cap)

5 rounds For time:

10 deadlifts (185/115)

20 wall balls (20/14)

 

Athletes note: If (185/115) is too easy for you bump up to (225/155)

 

end of class:

2 minute cool down (bike/row/run)

And

2 lower back lacrosse ball/ foam roll out
