10 snatch grip straight leg deadlift (45/35/PVC)

5 Snatch grip behind the neck Push Press

5 Snatch Balances

5 Muscle Snatches

A.12 Minute EMOM- 2 Power Snatches *Every minute perform 2 power snatches, these should be touch and go reps, focus is barbell cycling. Work to today’s heavy snatch double.

B. With a Partner-

4 Rounds-

P1- 400m Run

P2- R1/R3 Plank Hold, R2/R4 Hollow Hold

*Each Partner will Run 4 times and hold 4 times
