Double Unders or Single Unders

5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50-45-40-35-30-25-20-15-10-5

Rules- you must complete each set unbroken before moving on.  If you trip up, you must repeat the set you were on, you do not have to go all the way back to 5.

B. For Time- 100 Burpees

*This should be an all out sprint, goal should be to finish in 5-8 minutes.
