Today is the start of Open Week!  Starting Thursday night and for the next 5 weeks, the CrossFit Open will be happening in virtually every CrossFit Box and garage gym imaginable.  We will be completing the workouts as a class all day Friday.  Because of this and the fact that there is a scaled division this year, you might as well sign up.  The more people that sign up and the more that show up to cheer everyone on, the more exciting it is!  This is the biggest time of the year in the CrossFit world, be a part of it and #proveyourfitness.
