1/4 mile run

25 pull ups

50 push ups

75 air squats

1/4 mile run

Partition the pull ups, push ups and squats as needed.  If you have a 20lb vest, wear it

We will be working our way up to a full Murph here in the future.  This will be a great way to ease into a grueling WOD
