Perform 8 cycles of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each of the following exercises.  Upon the completion of the final work phase of one exercise, your rest time is also your transition time to the next exercise.  Score is total reps from all rounds.  (1 calorie is considered one repetition.)
