Today is the release of the CrossFit Open workout 15.1! Are you as excited as we are!? For those of you competing in the open, take today as an active rest/recovery day. Come in to do some light rowing, work on some skills you may have questions about before the Open starts and get some good stretching in.
If you are not competing in the Open, take today as and open gym day! Make up a workout, practice some skills (girls love guys with sweet skills) or pick a workout you have been aching to try!
Either way, get in, be awesome and get on with your day!
