Glute Ham Developer Sit-ups: 3 x 15

Glute Ham Developer Hip Extensions: 3 x 15

Kettlebell/Dumbbell Swings: 3 x 15

Bench Press: 3 x 15

Pull-ups: 3 x 15

Non Open athletes:

1. Skills & Drills

Take 20 minutes to work up to a heavy OHS or work on technique

2. Conditioning “Paul” 

Five rounds of:

50 Double unders

35 Knees to elbows

185 pound Overhead walk, 20 yards

For time.
