PVC pass throughs.  Burgener snatch warm up

Strength ~

Snatch 5×3 with one minute rest between sets

Rest 3:00

Hang snatch 5×3 with one minute rest between sets

MetCon ~

5:00 AMRAP of

10 hang snatches @ 50% of 3RM

10 jumping lunges

Post loads and rounds to the whiteboard
